Thank you for choosing and using the Cloud Native Build service (hereinafter referred to as "the Service"). The Service is operated by Tencent Cloud Computing (Beijing) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Tencent Cloud" or "We"), with its registered address at Floor 4, Building 9, West Zone, No. 10 Northwest Wangdong Road, Haidian District, Beijing.
We highly value the protection of user information and will safeguard your personal information in accordance with legal requirements. Through this "Cloud Native Build Privacy Statement" (hereinafter referred to as "this Statement"), we aim to explain how we process your personal information (including "collection, storage, use, processing, transmission, provision, disclosure, etc.") when you use the products and services provided by Cloud Native Build, as well as the rights you are entitled to.
Before using the Service, please carefully read and understand this Statement (especially the content highlighted in bold/underlined), and make your appropriate choice. 1. Scope of This Statement
1.1 This Statement applies to the products and services we provide through the Cloud Native Build official website (https://cnb.cool), unless otherwise specified in this Statement. This Statement does not apply to products and services provided by other third parties to you.
1.2 Please note that as a user of Cloud Native Build, if you use the Service to provide services to your users, you should separately agree with your users on a privacy policy or similar legal document in accordance with relevant legal requirements. This Statement does not apply to the processing of personal information involved in your provision of services to your users using the Service.
1.3 The following terms mentioned in this Statement have the following meanings:
(1) Personal Information: Refers to information recorded electronically or otherwise that relates to an identified or identifiable natural person, excluding anonymized information.
(2) Sensitive Personal Information: Refers to personal information that, once leaked or illegally used, may easily infringe upon the dignity of a natural person or endanger personal or property safety, including biometric data, religious beliefs, specific identity, medical health, financial accounts, location tracking, and personal information of minors under the age of 14.
(3) Anonymization: Refers to the process of processing personal information so that it cannot identify a specific natural person and cannot be restored.
(4) De-identification: Refers to the process of processing personal information so that it cannot identify a specific natural person without the use of additional information.
(5) Automated Decision-Making: Refers to the activity of automatically analyzing and evaluating an individual's behavior habits, interests, economic, health, credit status, etc., through computer programs and making decisions.
2. How We Collect Your Personal Information
2.1 We will follow the principles of legality, legitimacy, and necessity to collect your personal information within the purpose, method, and scope described in this Statement, including personal information you actively provide to us, personal information generated or retained during your use of the Service, and personal information we obtain from third parties with your authorization or as permitted by laws and regulations. If the information we collect includes any sensitive personal information, we will obtain your separate consent or meet other legal bases as required by laws and regulations. If you refuse to provide the personal information necessary for achieving the purpose, you may not be able to use the corresponding functions. We will collect your information for the following purposes:
2.1.1 Information Collected When You Register/Log In to Your Cloud Native Build Service Account
(1) To complete the registration and login of your Cloud Native Build service account, you need to open WeChat and scan the QR code we provide. After you confirm authorization and auto-fill, we will collect your WeChat openid, WeChat nickname, and WeChat avatar information.
- When you log in to your Cloud Native Build service account via WeChat, we will also authenticate your WeChat openid to ensure you are already a user of the Cloud Native Build service and can log in normally.
2.1.2 Information Collected When You Perform Real-Name Authentication
When you need to perform special security operations (such as permission transfer, account transfer, etc.) or use certain specific scenario functions (such as sharing content, etc.), you must complete real-name authentication as required by Cloud Native Build or prompted by the product. At this time, we will collect your mobile phone number information. If you cannot or refuse to complete real-name authentication, you will not be able to complete the aforementioned special security operations or achieve the aforementioned specific functions.
2.2 Information Collected When You Display Your Personal Profile
To enable the function of displaying your personal profile information, we will collect and store your personal signature, WeChat Official Account ID, personal website, and WeChat appreciation code information based on the content you fill in on your profile.
2.3 When you push code to the Cloud Native Build platform for storage, you need to use the Git protocol. Due to the characteristics of the Git protocol, the email information you registered with Git will also be pushed. At this time, we will collect the email information you filled in to identify the author of the pushed code.
To provide continuous services and ensure service quality, during your use of the Cloud Native Build service, we will record and save the following information related to your login and use of the service:
(1) Operation records: We will receive and record your operation records when using the Cloud Native Build service, including your identity ID, operation time, operation object information (resource ID, product, etc.), IP address, browser type, language used, device model, operating system version, and web browsing/search records.
(2) Other information you actively provide when using the Service, including work order records, consultation communication records, etc.
2.4 In accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and national standards, we may process your relevant personal information without obtaining your authorization or consent in the following circumstances:
(1) It is necessary for the personal information processor to fulfill legal obligations or statutory duties;
(2) It is necessary for the conclusion or performance of a contract to which you are a party;
(3) It is necessary to respond to public health emergencies or to protect the life, health, and property safety of natural persons in emergency situations;
(4) It is necessary for the public interest to carry out news reporting, public opinion supervision, etc., and to process personal information you have disclosed or that has been lawfully disclosed within a reasonable scope;
(5) Other circumstances stipulated by laws and administrative regulations.
2.5 If we collect your personal information for purposes beyond those stated in this Statement or beyond the scope directly or reasonably related to the purpose stated at the time of collection, we will inform you again before collection and obtain your explicit consent (unless otherwise required by laws and regulations).

(1) The purpose of our processing of your personal information has been achieved, cannot be achieved, or is no longer necessary to achieve the purpose;
(2) We stop providing services, or the storage period has expired;
(3) You withdraw the consent you previously gave to us;
(4) We violate laws, administrative regulations, or agreements with you in processing your personal information;
(5) Other circumstances where personal information should be deleted as stipulated by laws and administrative regulations.
If the storage period stipulated by laws and administrative regulations has not expired, or if it is technically difficult to delete personal information, we will stop processing your personal information except for storage and necessary security protection measures.
7.4 Delete Your Account
You can delete your account in the personal settings-account management on the CNB website. After successful deletion, all services and data under the account will be deleted and cannot be recovered. We will stop providing you with products or services and stop processing your personal information, and delete or anonymize your personal information, unless otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations.
7.5 Transfer Your Personal Information
You can contact us through the methods provided in Article 10 to request that we transfer your personal information to a third party you designate. To the extent permitted by laws and regulations, we will provide you with the means to transfer.
7.6 Change the Scope of Your Consent
You can contact us through the methods provided in Article 10 to change the scope of your consent or withdraw the consent you have given. After you withdraw your consent, we will no longer process the corresponding personal information and will no longer be able to provide you with the services corresponding to the withdrawn consent, but this will not affect the other services we provide to you based on your unwithdrawn consent. In addition, your decision to withdraw consent will not affect the previous processing of personal information based on your consent.
7.7 Respond to Your Requests
If you cannot exercise your rights in the above ways, or if you need us to explain the rules for processing personal information, you can contact us through the methods provided in Article 10. To ensure security, we may need you to provide a written request or prove your identity in other ways. Generally, we will respond to your request within 15 days of receiving your feedback or within the period stipulated by laws and regulations. Despite the above, in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and national standards, we may not be able to respond to your request in the following circumstances:
(1) Related to our fulfillment of legal obligations;
(2) Related to national security and national defense security;
(3) Directly related to public safety, public health, and major public interests;
(4) Directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, and execution of judgments;
(5) There is sufficient evidence that you have subjective malice or abuse of rights;
(6) To protect the life, property, and other major legitimate rights and interests of you or others, but it is difficult to obtain the consent of the person;
(7) Responding to your request will cause serious damage to the legitimate rights and interests of you or others;
