Labels categorize a repository's issues and pull requests, making them easier to filter and track.

When to use: when unifying your team's collaboration convention — for example a new repository adopting the mature label set of a repository in the organization, or each repository keeping its own labels. Labels can be created manually or imported incrementally from a CNB public repository.

Import Labels from CNB Public Repository

1. Go to the Labels management page, click "Import":
   • When labels exist, the button is in the top right corner
   • When no labels exist, the button is in the center of the page
2. In the popup dialog, paste the complete link of the CNB public repository, then click "Import"

For example, to import labels from the cnb/docs repository, paste its repository address:

https://cnb.cool/cnb/docs

After a successful import, the labels defined in cnb/docs (such as bug and docs) are added to your repository, depending on the actual labels in the source repository.

Tips

Import is incremental and will not overwrite existing labels.
